Welcome News

Visitors to Cambridge Research Park can count on being received in style following the opening of our new on-site management and marketing office this October, where they will be welcomed by our recently appointed representative, Salima Vivian.

Salima, who will be in attendance between 10am and 4pm daily, will be pleased to conduct potential occupiers on guided tours of the Park, and provide them with full details of the latest developments and availability of accommodation, both speculative and purpose-built.

The first phase of development at Cambridge Research Park is now well advanced, and landscaping and infrastructure works are scheduled for completion in February 2002. Some £6.8 million has already been invested, in groundworks, and construction of additional on-site amenities - including an hotel and a childcare nursery - is scheduled to commence in 2002.
