A personal welcome awaits visitors to Cambridge Research Park, which has recently appointed Salima Vivian as marketing representative at its new on-site management and marketing office.

Salima, who is in attendance between 10am and 4pm daily, will be pleased to conduct potential occupiers on guided tours of the Park, and provide them with full details of the latest developments and availability of accommodation, both speculative and purpose-built.

The first phase of Cambridge Research Park is now well advanced. In addition to established occupiers, who include NTL Business, Diomed and Cambridge Animation Systems, four new buildings offering a total of 10,179 sq.m. (109,567 sq.ft.) of business accommodation are now available. Some �6.8 million has already been invested in the landscaping and infrastructure.
