Cambridge Research Park Appoints Security Supervisor
4th August 1999 Apart from the arrival of the ntl building contractors, the most recent addition to the 100 million Cambridge Research Park, on the A10, Ely Road, is the newly appointed Head of Security, Brian Goslin. A local man fron Manea Village near March in Cambridgeshire, Brian and his team of security officers are now responsible for making sure daily routine on the park runs smoothly. With an increasing number of thefts from developing parks it is essential that everyone entering and leaving the park is accounted for. Brian's job is made easier with the recent addition of close-circuit television. Having been an employee at local security company, Legence Security, for many years, Brian is more than capable of taking on a park of this size. Nic Rumsey of Suon Cambridge, says, "It is vital to us that the park is well protected, and I am confident that Brian and his team are the men for the job, it is very reassuring to have them on-site." A family man, Brian is married with three daughters, his interests outside work are gardening, DIY and working his extremely energetic labrador. Brian says "The research park keeps me occupied most of the time, but if I do have any spare time I like to spend it working on the house or out walking my dog, I like to keep myself occupied as much as possible."
