Northcroft Appointed as Project Managers for the Cambridge Research Park
Suon Cambridge Ltd has appointed construction consultants and chartered quantity surveyors Northcroft, as project managers for The �100m Cambridge Research Park being developed on the A10, Ely Road, Cambridge. Melvyn Pratt, consultant to Northcroft, will be overseeing the project. Melvyn has thirty years experience in the design and construction industry managing the overall realisation of major projects including master planning, procurement of design and construction and negotiation at all levels in the fields of industrial, commercial, retail and leisure projects. Suon Cambridge Ltd is a joint venture between Tawnywood Ltd and Carisbrooke Investments Ltd.
