FpdSavills Appointed As Local Agents on Cambridge Research Park, Cambridge
February 1998 FPDSAVILLS has been appointed by Suon (Cambridge) Ltd as local agents on its �100m Cambridge Research Park at Landbeach on the A10, Cambridge. The project, one of the largest research based facility to be built in Cambridge since the Cambridge Science Park, has outline planning permission for 45.34 hectares (112 acres) of B1 Research and Development, laboratory and office buildings set around a lakeland landscape including a hotel with ancillary facilities, a recreation area and wildlife refuge. Nic Rumsey of Carisbrooke Investments which is joint owner of Suon Cambridge Ltd, says, "We are hopeful of agreeing several pre-lets soon and the appointment of FPDSAVILLS with its excellent local contacts will reinforce our drive to make this the premier research park in Cambridge without the congestion problems that affect other prominent schemes." Director in charge of the project at FPDSAVILLS in Cambridge, Jonathan Hutt, says, "We are delighted to have been appointed and bring a detailed knowledge of occupier requirements in Cambridge and an international network to plug into." FPDSAVILLS is an international organisation with offices throughout the world including Hong Kong, Beijing, Australia and Europe.
