Hotel Facilities

The Cambridge Research Park has outline planning consent for a 150 bedroom , 4 star , conference hotel with bar , restaurants and leisure facilities including a health and fitness club with swimming pool .

The hotel is proposed to be located on plot 4000 and is currently the subject of detailed negotiations with a major UK operator . It is expected that construction will begin in the Spring this year with completion in 2001 when the facilities will be fully available to The Cambridge Research Park occupiers .
